Refund policy

All Red Dirt Threads products are made to order specifically for each customer.  Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection, color choice, change of mind, or buyer's remorse.  Please review product descriptions and sizing information carefully before placing your order.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, please contact Red Dirt Threads as soon as possible after delivery.  Include your order number and clear photos showing the issue so we can review it with our production partner and determine the appropriate resolution.

If an error was made during production or fulfillment, we will work to have the issue corrected at no additional cost to you when elgible.

Because orders enter production shortly after they are placed, cancellations or changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered production.

Red Dirt Threads designs the apparel sold in our store.  Our products are professionally printed and fulfilled by third-party production partners.
