Shipping policy

All Red Dirt Threads products are made to order and professionally fulfilled by our production partners.  Please allow time for your order to be produced before it ships.

Once production is complete, standard shipping is typically 5-8 business days.  Production time is separate from shipping time and may vary depending on the product, order volume, and production partner.  Standard shipping is $8.00.  Orders of $70 or more receive free standard shipping.

When tracking information becomes available, it will be provided with your order information.  Please allow time for tracking to update after your order ships.

Orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate packages or at different times if they are fulfilled by different production facilities.  

Red Dirt Threads is not responsible for carrier delays or packages marked as delivered by the carrier.  If there is a problem with your order, please contact Red Dirt Threads with your order number so we can help determine the appropriate next step.
